PROFILE

Mosi (Mustafa) Dorbayani (known as MD by his associates & peers) is an experienced Executive, Management Consultant, Coach, Adjunct Professor, Diplomatic Advisor, Organisational System Designer / Strategist, News Analyst, Volunteer Human Rights Educator and Philanthropist.

As an Executive Coach and Consultant to many organisations, MD has coached and lectured seminars for thousands of hours and conducted many-international workshops / conferences.

As an Ambassador of Human Rights Education to several organisations, MD promotes the education of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights- UDHR in Central Europe, England, Middle East and United States.

 

He holds regular meetings with Government Officials, Principals and decision making Executives to promote Human Rights Education.

 

He is also a Martial Artist since 1977 and founded his own Martial Arts styleand Association in name of 'Koji-Do Karate - Jutsu' in 2004.

 

MD's past Executive experience, leading and working with staff from 20  different-nationalities hand in hand with his passion for Education and Cultural Diplomacy, have enhanced many organisations, practitioners and trainees and provided them with practical insights.

International Projects:

 

- Iron-Made Management  - I.M.M.ฎ: is an organisational system and

management development   project through which the Organisational Culture,  Management and Leadership skills, as well as Human Resources’ professionalism develop.  This project is to turn the top management of an organisation into a team of skillful managers with the best possible leadership qualities.  As the name of the project “I.M.M”corresponds, by the  end of the project an organisation shall expect to have developed a team of managers metaphorically as strong as Iron. The target of the project is to build first-line staff, who can  “Lead from front and manage from behind"

(The I.M.M design & its supervision of implementation is by MD [EU / US/ Africa]);
